Hi, I’m Veronica, Your Ottawa Dietitian.

I’m a Registered Dietitian, busy Type A mom of two boys, and a woman who’s walked through many of the same struggles you might be facing: fertility challenges, miscarriage, postpartum depression, picky eaters, midlife weight changes, decreased energy, and feeling like my body no longer worked the way it used to.

Like so many women, I tried it all …detoxes, fad diets, expensive supplements, meditation, and none of it gave me the lasting results I needed.

I live in Orleans and work with women across Ottawa, including Nepean, Kanata, Barrhaven, Navan and surrounding areas. Whether we meet in person or virtually, my goal is to help women in our community feel stronger, healthier, and more in control of their health.

I’m also the owner of The Heart Dietitian, a trusted online resource for individuals trying to lower cholesterol, blood pressure, and prevent a heart attack, reaching thousands worldwide. I’ve written a cookbook “Easy Steps To Lower Cholesterol: The Portfolio Diet Action Plan & Recipe Book”, with a 4.8 star rating on Amazon, and sold over 600 copies as well as created a supplemental “Food Journal To Lower Cholesterol.”   

While working with individuals trying to lower cholesterol and blood pressure, I noticed that middle aged women are underserved, and bombarded with confusing advice. My mission is to make your health journey simpler, practical, and doable.

– I’ve traveled to 13 countries and love exploring new cuisines
